I'm a rather strange and kinda down right outrageous person. Strangely enough I enjoy doing a large variety of things from reading to headbanging, video games and messing around with my computer. The majority of people that have met me have told me that I am "different. But in a very good way". I like to talk... but I like to be quiet too and hate when someone continuously asks if I'm "ok" due to my silence. Sometimes even my own voice annoys me. I like Rock/Metal and crazy fasts and outrageous things. At the moment I spend most of my time trapped at home due to lack of anything interesting to do...

I want to warn you up front that I suck at this box. Apparently I have some sort of mental block against effective self-promotion, probably as a side effect of being pretty strongly introverted. I should probably get one of my friends or relatives to write something for me to put here, but I haven't done that yet so I'll go ahead and put stuff down anyway. You can get a general idea of what I look like from the pictures, but this may give you some idea how I think.

Recently, I've been giving some thought to what I want out of life. In order of ascending concreteness/specificity, I want: happiness, a job which provides an ample income and is not overly onerous, true love, and a '68 Camaro. It should be a convertible or a T-top car, with a manual transmission, and I'd like it in pretty bad mechanical shape so I can restore and modify it. A positraction rear end would be nice, but I can add that later if I have to. Beyond that, I think I'm pretty well golden.

I think it would be totally awesome to discover a cave, and be the first person to go in and explore it before anyone else knew about it. I recently found some websites about "Urban Exploring" and have now promoted that to the top of my "Things I would do if they weren't illegal" list.

It makes me sad to think of all the memories and knowledge that go out of the world when people die, especially old people.

I often get the feeling that I don't react the same as other people to things. For instance, I can't stand a lot of sitcoms because I notice things early in the episode that the characters are doing that will inevitably get them in trouble later, and it really bugs me because I feel like they ought to know better than that. I prefer to watch action movies and shonen anime, because the contrived stupidity in those media is usually much less grating to me. I also like romantic comedies, if the characters behave in ways I find believable and don't do glaringly stupid things. My sense of humor seems to be a little bit different as well; sometimes when I tell jokes or make quips other people don't even realize they were intended to be funny. Other times I'll tell a joke or make a remark I thought was mildly amusing, and some people will just crack up. I love it when I tell a joke to someone and they just kind of nod, and then they think about it for a second, and then they crack up. Bonus points if they say something like, "I never would have thought of it that way."

The other day at work, I had a lady tell me that she was amused by the way I answered questions, because I just answered the question literally as asked. I still haven't figured out what other kind of answer she wanted to the questions she'd asked me; I guess I missed something there. As a general rule I tend to be fairly straightforward and uncomplicated about things, sometimes to the point of deceptive simplicity when people look for a deeper meaning or an ulterior motive but I intended my words or actions to be taken at face value.

I can cook. I'm not a gourmet chef or anything like that, but I can make a cake from cake mix, pancakes from scratch, gravy, and most other simple dishes so long as I have a recipe. I mention this because the other day we had a potluck at work and I brought a strawberry cake with white frosting and strawberries on it, and some of my female coworkers seemed inordinately impressed. It was a pretty good cake, and the strawberries made it look pretty, even though I'd put them on there mostly so the Saran wrap wouldn't get stuck to the icing. They were somewhat disappointed when I told them that the heart-shaped slices of strawberries were not intentional.

When I started my last job, I was so quiet and so much inclined to mind my own business that my friends and relatives who already worked there had to tell my coworkers that I wasn't creepy or stuck up or anything--just really, really shy. Since then I've tried to make a point of being more open and sociable at work, and I think I've got the point where people can figure out that I'm really, really shy without outside assistance. Maybe.

I'm a rather quiet person if I don't know you, naturally. Though once acquainted, I may never shut up. I really do enjoy reading. And I love to write creatively. Lord Byron is probably my favorite poet. My favorite sport is tennis, it's about the only sport I could claim any sort of talent, though it's not really talent per se, but rather a great deal of practice. I still enjoy basketball, bowling, and football, despite my lack of skill in any of them. Within the arms of the quiet night, neath the veil of a deep slumber, I seem to have grand dreams, that are almost movie-like, with a rising action and the works. Though unfortunately, I can only, for the most part, recall the emotion and not the plot. I absolutely despise Pineapples, yucky stuff :P. I always try to be objective in any situation. I am intentionally pessimistic, though I do have an optimistic view of pessimism, if that makes sense, lol. Moreover, if you expect the worst then anything else can only be a pleasant surprise, likewise, if the worst happens, then you expected the outcome and can cope with it much more easily; to be realistic. I have a knack for being goofy and at times bordering insanity, yet it is said there is a fine line between insanity and genius :D. Stupidity, irony, and certain small things people are oblivious to I find extensively funny. Will Ferrell is quite humorous I think. I often do imagine where I could be in ten years, though who really doesn't? Beef jerky is bestest thing in the world, mmhmm, :D. I probably think too much. I'm horrific at math, assuredly retarded. I procrastinate way too frequently. I dislike rap. Chocolate chip cookies are yummy in my tummy!!! :D. with some milk, no less.

I'm pretty much an average Joe. I work hard on the the days I work and and try to get at least one thing done on the days I'm off. I enjoy being spontaneous and random. ***Bear with me cupid buddies...I've been really busy lately and had hit and miss time online. I just want to let you know I'm still here and I still care. I will be in touch as soon as I can. Things should level off in a couple weeks; definitely after the new year.***

I am a Christian and a writer. I love to read and watch movies. Also love to cook and play games from cards to board games to Play Station. My favorites are Rachet and Clank, Tomb Raider, Burnout, etc.

I play guitar and occasionally give lessons. I prefer to teach people how to teach themselves.

I am constantly creating something in my mind. Occasionally, I get around to making some of it in the physical realm as well. For example, I'm almost done with a quilt for a friend's baby shower and I'm ready to begin putting my kitchen cabinets back together after painting them. I also like to hang out with my brother and some friends and work on refinishing old furniture and building some new.

I am up for racing , getting dirty in the mudd and anything that will give me an adreline rush. I hate stupid people and dont like to put up with their shit. I live for my kids and would do anything for them.

Seriously, who can even define themselves? We can't define ourselves. We're defined by so many things outside of what we perceive ourselves to be that to be able to define ourselves is an impossible task that I will not partake in now or ever. I am who I am. I exist because that's all I can do. I laugh when something's funny. I cry when something's sad. I'm like a lot of other people in that regard. What makes me different? Hell, I don't know! I've been this way for my entire life and never felt the need to make myself measure up to anyone else.

Well I'm kinda new at this. Been with someone for 4 years and in that 4 years was married a little over 3 of them. So I'm trying to remember what its like to date again. I enjoy the outdoors, hunting, and fishing. I also love going out and hanging out with my friends when I'm not working.

I'm a pretty easy going guy with a lot going on. I work a lot but still manage to go to school full time. I'm usually considered to be extremely funny and even more outspoken and blunt. I'm me...I'm unique and I'm an individual. There's not that much to me, even though I'm told I can carry on a very good conversation. Umm, life is short so live it to the fullest...right?

I am a single parent with two boys, one which is 15 and lives at home with me. I own a bass boat and love to do water sports and go fishing. I am open minded and very easy going. I like to have fun like going to the beach or fishing and I am looking for someone to have fun with. I work a set schedule Monday-Friday and have the weekends off to go do whatever.

I usually find such self-summaries to be annoyingly difficult to answer. I'm not sure how to summarize me. The basics would be: I enjoy movies, video games, books, and hanging out with friends. I suppose I would say that I'm a kind individual, that I do my best to think things through, and that I'm socially active with others. I'm definitely a geek, though at times I lose the geek shell. I enjoy laughing and making others laugh, but I also have a serious side (and it can rear its head when necessary). I try to be fair in most things and strive to learn from others. More so than that, I believe that learning from others is one of the best ways to grow. Learning from others mistakes, learning what to mirror, learning how to improve yourself, all of it can be gained by example from other people.

I'm a Veteran Member of the UCM Fencing Club, and a participating member of the UCM History Club. I enjoy shooting firearms and going for walks. I make a regular attempt to exercise and do my best to stay healthy.

First off I am a single mommy of 3 boys, they are my life. During the summer we love going to the races, mud runs, rodeos, ect. all the boy stuff. Also enjoy camping, fishing, nature walks, going to the park. Will admit I am not a big movie person, if you ask I doubt I have seen it, but not against watching a good movie.

Well not really sure how to start, I am currently attending the University of Central Missouri working towards a B.S. I am a minimalist in most things which really means I am to lazy to make things look nice rather than be functional. Most people think I am funny and trustworthy, so I sometimes become more of a therapist or a confessional to friends and random people, which is odd. I am kinda A.D.D. with my hobbies and switch them up whenever I stop learning or being able to do interesting things with them. As a poor college kid I would rather go for a walk than see a movie. I despise being in front of a camera so pictures of myself are few and far between, and more often than not involve alcohol. So...yeah.

I'm a senior at UCM and I will be getting my Bachelor's in marketing in May. I'm also in two fraterinities (yes frats NOT sororities). They are Delta Sigma Pi, which is a professional business fraternity and Phi Sigma Pi, which is an honors fraternity. I'm also in AMA, which is the American Marketing Association. I really like college, and even though I'm pretty busy, I always manage to have some fun.

I love rock music. One of my favorite things to do is go to concerts. And I think Breaking Benjamin is the best band on the planet! And I have a huge "old rockstar" crush on Tom Petty.

I really like to go to clubs and bars because I love to dance around and meet new people.

I also love sports. In high school I was a cheerleader, basketball player, and volleyball player. And I love watching football, not so much the NFL, but I love high school and college football.
